Terms and conditions of the packages offered

Our Packages include:

  • Selected Apartment with furniture, electricity water and gas bills, and final cleaning

 

Our Packages does NOT include:

  • Transfer service from and to ports and airports, any travel expenses, meals, any kind of extras, linen, cleaning service during your stay and everything not specified in our terms and conditions.

 

Extras:

  • Linen: bedlinen and towels € 15 per person or € 22 per couple (if requested at the time of booking)

 

Reservations:

  • Our guests must provide at the time of booking a copy of a valid identity card or a passport

 

  • Payment via BACS: in order to confirm the reservation for the apartment it is compulsory a partial payment equal to 30% of the full stay amount via bank transfer, (please specify as reference check-in date and full name on the reservation). The outstanding balance will be paid in cash on arrival.

 

  • Check-in is available from 2:00pm until 6:00pm unless agreed otherwise with our agency
  • Check-out is available between 8:00am and 10:00am, unless agreed otherwise with our agency
  • Please note: check-ins or check-outs outside the indicated hours need to be agreed upon at the time of booking or during the days of stay.
  • It is compulsory to pay a security deposit on arrival equal to € 150. The deposit can be paid via cash or via pre-authorization on your credit card. The deposit will be refunded (or released on your credit card) on departure, previous deduction of any damage caused by the client to the property. In case of departure outside of the indicated hours, it is compulsory a security deposit via credit card.
  • In case of damage, if the value exceeds the given deposit of 150 €, an extra cost will be added up to the total amount of the damage caused. The company Holidays Santeodoro snc shall have the right to legally act in case of damage to the property.
  • As the city of San Teodoro provides a selective waste collection, the deposit includes any damage caused by the guests in case of no compliance with the regulation on waste collection. You can find rules and regulations inside the Apartments.
  • The Company shall not be liable in case of theft or damage by third parties to the guests.

 

Cancellation Rights:

  • In case of cancellation, the following payments will be charged to the client:
  • 30% of the total stay amount in case of cancellation requests after 30 days before the check-in date.
