Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation at our accommodation facility, you accept and approve the property's cancellation and no-show policies, and any other additional rules or conditions of the property."
Security Deposit: 200 euros
Tourist Tax: €1.50 per night/per guest (children included)
Pets allowed: Only small or medium-sized pets are permitted, with a specified weight limit (e.g., up to 20 kg).
Pet Supplement: A Security Deposit of €400 is required – Extra cleaning fee €100.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the property to ensure a healthy and smoke-free environment. Dedicated outdoor areas may be designated for smokers.
Quiet Hours: Silence is required after 12:00 AM (midnight) to avoid disturbing other guests who wish to rest.
No Parties or Loud Events: To ensure the tranquility of guests and respect for cohabitation rules, organizing parties or loud events inside the property is not permitted.
Respect for Property and Other Guests: Guests are required to respect common and private property, as well as the other guests present on the premises.
Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times established by the property to allow for cleaning and preparation of the rooms for subsequent guests.
Safety Rules: Guests must follow the established safety rules, such as the correct use of electrical systems, fire safety devices, and equipment present on the property.
